<strong>Coordinate adjectives<\/strong> are <strong>two or more adjectives<\/strong> that <strong>describe the same noun<\/strong> <strong>equally<\/strong>.<br>You can usually put <strong>\u201cand\u201d<\/strong> between them, or <strong>switch their order<\/strong> without changing the meaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udde9 <em>Example:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It was a <strong>bright, sunny<\/strong> day. \u2600\ufe0f<br>\u2705 You can say \u201cbright and sunny day.\u201d<br>\u2705 You can also say \u201csunny, bright Comma<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u274c Do <strong>not<\/strong> use a comma between <strong>non-coordinate adjectives<\/strong>, where one adjective describes the noun + adjective pair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcdd <em>Examples:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>He bought a <strong>red sports car.<\/strong> \ud83d\ude97<br>(You can\u2019t say \u201csports and red car.\u201d)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>She has <strong>three large dogs.<\/strong> \ud83d\udc15<br>(You can\u2019t say \u201clarge and three dogs.\u201d)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>The \u201cAND\u201d Test<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Try putting <strong>\u201cand\u201d<\/strong> between the adjectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If it <strong>makes sense<\/strong>, \u2705 use a comma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If it <strong>sounds awkward<\/strong>, \u274c don\u2019t use a comma.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udde9 <em>Example:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>calm, peaceful<\/strong> evening order<\/strong> of the adjectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the meaning <strong>doesn\u2019t change<\/strong>, \u2705 use a comma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the meaning
